Have you ever felt that itch—the one that tells you there’s a story in you just waiting to come out? Or maybe you’re not chasing fiction, but you want to finally polish that professional writing, brush up your grammar, or get feedback that actually helps. Wherever you are on your writing journey, there’s a way to keep growing—on your terms.
Maybe the journey isn’t yours. Perhaps your K-12 child has trouble with writing, or has an interest in creative writing. Maybe you’re the parent of a future poet, content creator, or a quiet child who has trouble communicating clearly in writing. Maybe your college students needs help with research papers and academic essays.
Here’s the good news: I can help with all of these situations.
1. Personalized Tutoring on Preply
If you (or your child) need one-on-one guidance, my tutoring sessions on Preply are built for you. Together, we can focus on exactly what you need—writing improvement, creative projects, professional communication, or just gaining more confidence with your words. Sessions are flexible, tailored, and interactive, allowing you to receive feedback in real-time and leave each meeting with actionable insights.
I have been serving students from all over the world on Preply for almost a year now. I have helped authors complete novels, taught middle-schoolers the basics of the academic essay, and help others polish their writing or meet their writing goals. Preply is where I serve as a writing coach, offering customized lessons according to specific writer needs.

2. Self-Led and Live Workshops on Outschool
If you’ve been curious about online classroom experiences for your K-12 student, Outschool’s online learning platform is a popular choice for homeschool students and extra-curricular learning. My self-led courses on Outschool offer the same guidance with the added bonus of a built-in discussion space and written assessments and feedback on writing projects. Students learn from videos, handouts, and worksheets, and interact with their teachers and others—perfect for inspiration, accountability, and friendly feedback.
For example, for October, I have set up several spooky self-led writing workshops:
Creature Feature Writing: Invent Your Own Mythical Beasts
Halloween Micro-Horror: Write Scary Stories in 300 words or Less
Ghastly But Charming: Writing Dark Humor and Creepy Comedy
Again, Outschool’s platform is for K-12 students only, and the monthly membership gives you access to thousands of classes and courses across the curriculum. Outschool is an excellent option to supplement homeschool or public school lessons.
3. Self-Led Courses at Two Lane Studio
Sometimes, you want to learn at your own pace, on your own schedule, and dig into lessons that feel like a full-blown writing workshop with me as your guide. That’s what my self-led courses at Two Lane Studio deliver. From creative writing exercises to structured workshops, you can explore, experiment, and complete assignments in a way that fits your life—without feeling rushed.
Your writing journey doesn’t have to wait. Your child’s writing struggle doesn’t have to continue. One small step today—whether it’s a lesson, a practice exercise, or a tutoring session—can make a world of difference tomorrow. Let’s make those words happen.
