Don’t let your spirit of thanks and gratitude pass with the Thanksgiving holiday. Maintaining an attitude of gratitude is beneficial to your life all year round. So often, we focus on what we lack, what we want, what we think we need, that we forget, nay, even neglect, the blessings we already have.
This season, and into the new year, focus on gratitude. I’ve uploaded a Gratitude Journal to help you! Begin by being thankful for your shelter, food, water, and safety. So many live without these basic life necessities. Then, just follow through the journal to help you record, remember, and realize how blessed you already are!
